Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so, you agree to our terms of business.

Our results are amazing and we pride ourselves on professionalism and honesty. All we ask from our customers is that you respect our policies, terms of business and staff. In return, you will get friendly, reliable service and great results.

Mahoney Valeting is a fully mobile and self-sufficient service, delivering our service directly to your home or workplace. Due to insurance purposes and safety reasons, Mahoney valeting will not carry out any work that is on a main road, heavily used road, small road or visually obstructed road. Mahoney valeting can not also carry out any work in pay and display car parks or any area with parking restrictions.
If your address or work location falls under the above, then please contact us first. We are flexible and have other ways of working around these issues.

All bookings are to be taken with Mahoney Valeting directly and you will get a confirmation text or email upon a successful booking.

We trust our customers and do not require a deposit for booking purposes. Payment method will be communicated to you when booking with us.

We understand that sometimes people can not uphold their appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, all we ask if cancelling an appointment is that you provide us with as much notice as possible and a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. If you can not maintain your booking, then we are happy to transfer the booking to another person, providing their address and location meet our terms and conditions.

Mahoney Valeting will send a reminder text message or email to you, approximately 48 hours before your appointment with us.

Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email given which you will have supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.

Mahoney Valeting can not control traffic conditions, adverse weather or the acts of others. If Mahoney Valeting can not attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, then we will try our best to rearrange your appointment as soon as possible for you and aim to be available for another appointment within 7 days of the original booking.

If your interior is heavily soiled with food or drink, mud, pet hair, mould or bodily fluids then a surcharge will apply. We strongly advise that if your vehicle has any of the above, you send some photos to us prior to booking, so that we can provide you with an estimate. If you are not able to notify us prior to the booking or able to send us photos, then a surcharge will be negotiated on the day, before any work is carried out.
